just up on a Saturday, wondering which one of you has the old photo albs? You know the big old full ones from the 70's and early 80's? I gots a hankerin to see some of our young Beatty family and put some into a set online, perhaps Flickr?
Maybe I could vizt Placerville tomorrow? (My CV joints and breaks got fixed!)
Anyone know where the boxes of photos are? This is a huge job, making those things digital, but someone's got to do it. I am a willing volunteer.
Also, I miss you all terrible.
Matt and Amy, I CAN'T TELL YOU how sad it makes me that I still've not visited Utah to see you. Ever. So, just so you know, I will be hopping a train there soon, maybe Falltime.

hi ade. i have all the old photos, but they are not in albums anymore because they get yellowed if they stay in those old albums. anyway they are in boxes and piles and very unorganized unfortunately. our plan was to make scrapbooks for all the kids. now i think it would maybe be better to just reorganize them into acid-free albums? anyway if you come tomorrow, which you should! you can look at pics with me. hey we are going to see mamma mia at 1:45 if i can get off work in time. i open tomorrow. anyway i hope you will come visit, it feels like forever since i've seen you and i miss you! we got green screen!

Yeah, I think someone needs to scan all those photos in (a big project, but worth it). I'm up for it if no one else is. But that'd mean I'd need the photo albums somehow. Anyway . . .
Yes, Adie, come visit us via the autumn air. You really should. We'll find plenty of things to do, cause it's in our nature. Come on the train. It'll all be worth your while. Though we will see you next week!
