Okay, okay, I'm a slacker. Here's how to do it! At least, this is way I do it.
First go the picture on Flickr. From there, click the "all sizes" button at the top (Flickr saves each picture in a variety of different sizes, to be used for different purposes). You probably want to use the Small or Medium size, so click on the size you want. There is then a box at the bottom that says "Copy and past this HTML into your website" or something like that. So just copy that and paste into the blog you're writing! Make sure the blog you're writing is on the Edit HTML tab, and not the Compose tab, otherwise I don't think it'll work.
