Heather, this makes me cry and cry!! Its just so sad to think that he's out there not getting any of that love! He needs it! I love the part where he is pressing his little red face into your mouth, as he always does. Well, I guess we will go to that neighborhood tonight (yet again) and hope for the best. At least I have a good feeling about him being over there. We love you Banjee. Come home!

Sweet video Heather---hope that before long we can forget about this video and have the real thing back home.

Such a cute video Heather. I like how in the beginning Joey is loving on him and then it was one too many and Joey gets a little bap from his paw. Reminds me of me and O. They love the love but on their conditions. He is so funny how he was up in the tree, such a rascal he is. I feel like he is just so full of curiosity and does things without thinking, like this running away thing! I forgot what a cute little kitten he was. I love all the footage of him. Such a little deary he is.

good video. Nice that you had so many vids of the boy to make this. Who sings it?

the group is called Innocence Mission and the song is called "i never knew you from the sun." i'm glad you liked it. i found so so so many videos of cats as i browsed my vids. i have enough to do a special little tribute to each one with his/her own unique personality. i don't even care that i dote way too much on our lovely feline friends!

(Sorry, I just had to edit my wording so I deleted the last one and copied and pasted it again)
so, I just saw it now, the 21st of June! As it began I thought...OK...I am not going to cry because I just don't feel emotional AT ALL. But it was the part that shows him with the little girl that killed me. I couldn't stop from letting the tears go. Because it was just so SOON AGO. Because that COULD be the last footage of BanD ever and no one knew it at the time. Every little life we have around us, so precious, and we must go on with our lives as though it's normal, letting the good moments and the kindness shimmer. We can't even LET ourselves remember how precious all of that life truly is until it's gone or grown new- or we would all be walking around just weeping messes of gratefulness and awe. And that's not just about death, that goes for the sheer passing of time itself and the growing up and growing old and changing in ALL the beautiful lives around us. Trees, plants, animals, this crazy family included. Change itself is the only constant I suppose.

Change and God, that is.
