Addie's BirthDAY/WEEK/LIFE

Let's be honest, the girl knows how to celebrate. And not just for the big ones...this was just a regular old run of the mill age to be turning, (that which we do not speak of) and yet the birth DAY turned into a BIRTH WEEK which really should just read as a BIRTH LIFE. except for that sounds confusing, so anyway.

It all started with her early September dreams coming true with the Moab Dez trip. Inspired by a true family favorite, Edward Abbey, and completed with her two best friends, yours truly and her dear hubby who financed the venture as well. Lovingly.

Here they are upon arrival in her beloved Canyonlands, at Grand View point surrounded by vistas so incredible and breath taking that we find language cannot capture them.

And then.....ANOTHER birthday dream comes true two days later. DANCE PARTY sunday night...hosted by DDJ Xac 4000 with an unbelievably smoking hot playlist and attended by everyone who is anyone in good old placerville USA.

Here she is, the BIRTHDAY STAR herself, shiny upon shiny, glowing up the September Hwy 49 night with sparkling nonstop energy where the wine pours generously and the beats keep coming at ya.see what i mean...does it get any better than that? and then, the big day comes. The REAL birthday, September 10. She got to spend the day recording music, every wish attended to by those who love her, bombarded by facebook birthday greetings. And finally, a dinner and drink at Brick Oven Pub with their lovely assortment of beers on tap and new and improved menu. (check out that bruschetta, delectable!)

and the night ends up down at Cozmic for Open Mic and more beer and a little bit of wildness.
